everyone is always so rude. People are TERRIBLE during the christmas season.
the minute black friday hits, it's like a switch gets flipped in peoples heads and they're in holiday mode now.
and this "holiday mode" that people go into causes them to be extremely rude, and act as if you're putting them out.
For example, I work drive thru at Ritzy's and somedays we'll get so busy in the store and on drive thru that we'll have people waiting for like 10 minutes on orders, which we can't help.
we can't help that everyone and they're brother decided to come to Ritzy's that day, we just have to try and push orders out as fast as possible. but people don't get that, they seem to think that they're the only customers in the world, and they're all that we have to worry about when, in all honesty, that is SO far from reality it isn't even funny.
I, personally, think that everyone should have to work a fast food job to train them how to treat people NICELY during the holiday season. Cause the one thing I have learned from my job is how to be polite at ALL times, not just when it counts. Like, if I go to target, and my cashier is rude to me, I'll still be nice back at them and tell them to have a good day. No matter how bad they are, or how mean they might be, I ALWAYS try and be nice to them, simply because I know how much I hate customers coming in and being mean to me.
(wow, i got really off topic, haha :D)
